Not only will you learn about the common postural patterns that could be causing your back pain and tension, you'll also walk away with a practice that offers immediate relief.
You'll be guided to use simple tools like tennis balls, yoga blocks, and blankets, to relieve neck, shoulder and back tension at home.

The workshop replay is available to watch for two weeks, so you can revisit and really understand which trigger points are most helpful to you.
No yoga experience is required! You don't need to get any fancy tools for this workshop. In case you'd like to, there are some recommendations linked below.
Once registered, gather your supplies :
- 1 yoga blanket or a mid-weight woven blanket
- 1 yoga block or foam roller (a tightly rolled blanket can work, worst case scenario)
- 2 medium myofascial release balls, tennis balls, or lacrosse balls
- 1 small myofascial release ball or a golf ball (optional). Recommended if you experience arthritis in your hands
- 1 clean tube sock (optional)
Other things to consider:
- Wear tighter fitting clothes that you can comfortably move around in.
- Give yourself time to relax after the workshop if possible, you'll be very relaxed!
- Just like other bodywork, make sure you're drinking plenty of water before and after.
